Franks professional history spans a 30 year career in executive positions in the accommodation, retail and wholesale sectors with such companies as CP Air Holidays, Guitart Hotels in Barcelona, Spain and in Cuba and Thomson Vacations in Canada, US & UK .
For the last 15 years Frank has embraced entrepreneurialism by successfully operating various businesses. He speaks several languages and is recognized within the industry as a strategic planner, negotiator and knowledgeable marketer.

Michelle is an exceptional front-line business development specialist with an outstanding portfolio of strategic marketing skills. Prior to joining Travelwatch, Michelle was publisher & group vice president, marketing for Travelweek Magazine and vice president of marketing at Sunquest West. Michelle also has a background within the retail travel industry (Eaton’s Travel) as well as the hotel business (Fairmont). Michelle operates at extremely high levels of efficiency and productivity and has been recognized as being resourceful with rapid assimilation capabilities.

She has an outstanding record of achievement in driving key performance results in the areas of sales and marketing management, operations and strategic development. Patrice is a dynamic, creative, agile performer with a proven track record for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously which consistently surpass targeted objectives.
Her reputation for entrepreneurial management, excellent negotiating abilities and team leadership abilities has served her well in her career. She has superior relationship-building skills with a proficiency to work within multi-layered and global corporations.
Patrice has a rare combination of both a corporate business and entrepreneurial background to capitalize on developing new business initiatives and concepts. Past positions include Alamo Rent-A-Car, Rosenbluth International and TTI/Woodside Corporate Travel Management.
